Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add an item to your cart and follow the prompts to check-out. You must enter your payment information and hit complete order for an order to be considered placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments via credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as some digital wallets (like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

How can I cancel an order?

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.

How long is delivery time?

Delivery Time = Processing Time+Shipping Time

For processing time, it takes 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping time depends on the destination and logistics you choose when ordering, typically 7-10 business days.

Can I change my address after I place an order?

You must reach out to us at customercare@sunkissedbyrella.com within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change but we will do our best.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been processed you will receive an email once it has shipped and you will be able to click on the tracking number within 24 hours of it being sent.

Returns

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please reach out to us immediately. Your business is important to us and we will do the best we can to make sure you are sent a product that is not damaged or issue a full refund if you no longer want the item.

How can I return an order?

Reach out to customercare@sunkissedbyrella.com as soon as you know you want to make a return. Returns are only accepted within 10 days of order delivery and original packaging is required. If the item is not in its original packaging it can be subject to being rejected. All returns are for store credit only, please look at our refund policy for more information.
